Returns Policy

Withdrawal before the receipt of the Goods

Before the dispatch/receipt of the Goods - Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address info@alegio.gr or by telephone contact at 2102133131 (civil charge), [contact hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm] After the cancellation, the Company will proceed with the procedure of refunding (without interest) the amount paid, if any.

 

Withdrawal after Receipt of the Goods

After receipt of the Goods, the customer will be charged for the cancellation of the Goods.

After the dispatch/receipt of the Goods and if you are a natural person (consumer) who makes the sale for personal use and not for the purpose of serving your personal activity (commercial, business, craft or freelance), then you may return the Goods sold without any compensation (excluding the costs of dispatch/return and cash on delivery which you bear) and without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the Goods.

It is clarified that the exercise of the above right (dispatch of the request and the Good(s)) must be carried out within fourteen (14) calendar days at the latest (proof of receipt date: the courier or postal stamp or, in any other case, any other official indication of the date of receipt of the Good(s)).

In any case of return, the Goods must necessarily be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice of purchase. For all the above cases, the Goods must be in the condition in which they were received by you, complete and undamaged (bearing the labels with their quality characteristics and value, tags and stickers) and their packaging must be that which normally accompanies the Good(s) (matching the Company's codes) and in perfect condition, together with all the documents which accompanied the product (e.g. e.g. Delivery Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).

After the return and receipt - by the Company - of the returned Good(s), the Company will proceed with the refund (without interest) of the amount you have paid.

 

Refund of Money

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the Company will proceed to refund (without interest) the amount you have paid. The refund will be made within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt - by the Company - of the returned Good(s), for cases where the shipment has been completed or the date of cancellation, for cases where the shipment has not been completed.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment by which the original payment was completed.

The refund, for a purchase made in the Eshop by Credit Card or Paypal, can only be completed electronically and not in the physical store.

 

Bank Account


In order to be credited to your bank account, we would ask you to inform us via email and specifically at info@alegio.gr, for your account number (IBAN), the bank that holds the account and the name of the beneficiary as indicated in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person named on the purchase receipt/invoice for the Goods you have returned to us.

 

Credit/Debit Card
